Hemp Seed Breakfast Bowl

Did you know that hemp seeds are amazing as part of your breakfast too? A handful of hemp seeds add gorgeous crunch and texture to your morning meal – and because they’re filling, they’ll keep you going until lunch. We particularly love this breakfast bowl recipe (inspired by www.init4thelongrun.com) – it’s the perfect meal to wake up to each day.

You’ll Need:

300-350g Greek yoghurt

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tsp honey

Strawberries and/or other berries (according to taste)

1 tbsp natural peanut butter

1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

To Make:

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt and the honey in a bowl.
  2. Add the hemp seeds, berries and shredded coconut.
  3. Try to resist making a second portion… it’s that delicious!
